What does social media management actually include?
We handle the full day-to-day of your social media: content planning, graphic creation, captions, scheduling, posting, hashtag strategy, and replying to comments and DMs. We also send monthly reports so you can see what's working.
How do website refreshes work?
We start by reviewing your current site and learning what isn't working. Then we redesign and rebuild it on a modern, fast platform with mobile-first design, clear calls-to-action, and SEO basics. Most websites take us about a week and a half to build, and we keep you updated the whole way.
How much does it cost?
Our beginner social media pack is $400/month for 3 posts per week. A full website refresh is a one-time $499 fee plus $15/month. Custom quotes are available if you need more posts or extra features.
Do we need to sign a long-term contract?
Not necessarily. For social media management we usually work month-to-month after a short onboarding period. Website projects are quoted and billed by the project.
How soon can we get started?
We can usually begin within a few days of our discovery call. Once we know your goals, we build a custom plan and start creating content or designing your site right away.
Who will I be working with?
You work directly with the founders — Frankie and Cedric. No account managers, no middlemen. Reach out to Frankie first and he'll loop Cedric in when needed.
